1,800 Palestinian prisoners launched a hunger strike 45 days ago. It rocked Palestine, leading to widespread protests and external pressure on Israel. The issue of political prisoners is at the core of the Palestinian liberation struggle, as it affects every family, and enters the everyday lives of those living under occupation.

Trump visited with vague and confusing promises to solve the Middle East conflict. Two days ago, Israel agreed to most of the prisoners' demands.

What now?

Nahla Abdo's work on Palestinian women, specifically her book "Captive Revolution: Palestinian Women's Anti-Colonial Struggle Within the Israeli Prison System", shows why it is important to hear these stories today.

She will be interviewed by Anny Tyshkov, followed by a Q&A from registrants.
